Summer extension
We wish to offer the residents of Uus-Järveküla a chance to extend the Estonian summer. For this purpose it is possible to purchase a small house designed by PIN architects created to fit the high-quality consistent architecture of Uus-Järveküla. A small house in one’s own garden provides many opportunities. The purpose of use is decided by the client – it can be an outdoor kitchen, private home office, nice shelter for rainy summer nights or an “extra” guest room. An investment into a high-quality summer extension is definitely worth it!
