Booking a terraced house
The client will enter into a booking agreement, which shall be valid until the conclusion of a contract under the law of obligations (up to 4 weeks). In order to confirm their purchase desire, the buyer will make an advance payment in the amount of 5000 euros upon entry into the booking contract.

Contract under the law of obligations
A notarial sales contract under the law of obligations will be concluded with the client, agreeing on all details of the transaction. In the case a contract governed by the law of obligations, the buyer shall pay 15% of the value of the sales and purchase transaction.

Real right contract
Once the building is finished, a notarial real right contract will be concluded, the buyer will pay the remaining part of the sales-purchase price and the ownership of the terraced house will be transferred.

The price of the contract includes
> parking space, storeroom;
> final completion of the terraced house in accordance with project documentation;
> fee for the establishment of and connection to the utility networks (water, electricity, sewage, heating, ventilation);
> readiness for data communication.

The price of the contract does not include
> notarial fees and the state fee for entry into the sales contract (paid by the buyer);
> connection charges for data communication, cable TV, telephone communication and security.

The developer reserves the right to change the prices.
